How to get into the Harbor INN in Pokemon Pearl?

On Pokemon Pearl, How do you get into Harbor Inn. in Canalave City?Also how do you heal the boy in the town?

    You see, this is all linked to special event of Darkai. But sadly, you would have to attend the event or use Action Replay. Or what I thought to be in Japan, as a download to celebrate the releasion of the moive, the rise of Darkai which you could try to find a spare 1 on Wi Fi. But if you wish to use Action Replay anyway so that the game would be glithed into believing that that you got it as a download. Firstly, you must heal the boy in the town, he would be sleeping in his bed in a house next to where the harbor is. Talk to him and his mother then leave and talk to the sailor. He would want you to go to Full Moon Island and go to see Cresslia. Go to to see Cresslia and she will disappear and appear on the marking map later. But for now, pick up the item then go back to the sick boy and talk to him, to give him the item. Now you can go and chase Cresslia or leave that until later and put in the Darkrai cheat from Action Replay or attend the event (but there isn't go to be 1 for ages because it hasn't been planned yet). I haven't done it yet but I shall leave some link(s) to Youtube explaining what you should do. This should hopefully help, good luck.

Talk to the sailor and he'll take you to FullMoon Island. Go in to the passage. Press A in front of that wierd pokemon. You'll obtain the Lunar Wing. Go back to the sick boy and he'll heal. If you have action replay, use the walk-through-walls cheat, keep going to the right on FullMoon Island until you get to Newmoon Island. Go in to the passage. There will be Darkrai.

harber inn is impossible withoute cheating or going to a nintendo event on the other hand the boy is healed by talking to his dad the sailer he takes you to full moon island where you will see a pokemon dont worry though it amediatly runs when you talk to it after it runs use your poke traker thing to cach it but when it runs where it was there will be an item pick it up go back to the sailer.

to get into the harbor inn you have to get a member's pass from an event/cheating device. to cure the little boy you have to ask the boy's dad to take you to full moon island. there you will see a cressilia. the cressila will fly away but it will leave a feather. take the feather to the boy and it will cure him. oh and the boy is having a bad dream created by darkrai if you wanted to know about that. yes you can catch cressilia. it will be flying around sinnoh, like mesprit. you can track it by using the poketech feature #13.
