You need to contact DWP (Department Work and Pension) to make an appointment for an interview. It can takes up to 8 weeks for the appoinment. If you are currently employed or seeking employment, remember to bring your offer letter from the company you are working with. If you are married to a British citizen, you will need your married certificate. And not forgetting proof of identity and address. P/S: Got mine last year and waited 8 weeks for the interview.
