What are the signs before you get your period. I am so afraid of getting it. I just want to look for the signs

  • I also get this white stuff in my underwear. what is it?

  • Answer:

omgh periods suck! among many other symptoms you get: headaches, cramps, backache, hot flashes, major bloating, acne, breast tenderness...so on and so on... if you haven't had your period before you can gradually get symptoms even if it's weeks before you start your period.

Cramps and moodiness are two signs. The white stuff is discharge, it usually starts appearing about 6 months before your period.

Some sings before you start your period consist of these simple things: but keep in mind, it is different for every girl. 1.Cramps and or lower Back Pain 2.Emotional Changes. (one miniute you're happy and the next, you're mad, or sad.) 3.Feeling Bloated (Belly feels heavy and is bigger than usual, but not too big) The white stuff that you are having is called discharge. It's just a sign that you are getting close to starting your period. There's nothing to worry about when you start, honey. It's a completley natural thing. I have been having mine now for almost 9 years. If you need anything else, Just Ask. Have a great day/night. and God Bless.

well i didn't get white stuff in my undies but you get tired, moody, cravings, talk to your mom about it cuz she might be able to help you and don't be scared it's really not that bad as long as you have awesome friends that will help you because it leaked through my pants once and my friends stood by (behind) me when that happened but again don't be afraid, usually you talk about it at school too, if it starts at school and you have a male teacher don't be afraid to ask to go to the nurse and he/ she can help you or go to the office and ask to call your parents ok i typed a lot but don't be afraid it's not as bad as you think
