    memo is right. did you plan on buying a building or leasing a bakery? you can do it out of your house in many states so long as you dont have pets and can get approved by a health inspector. if you want to take it a step further, cash out some equity from your home get one of the modular buildings slapped into your back yard, buy all your equiptment used, from coolers, freezers, ovens and workspaces. maybe you can do it for $80,000-or rebuild your garage into a bakery im sure that would cost less than putting an extention on your house. maybe 60,000

Make labels and also sell on the street.
