i think the person is trying to scam you do not mail/send the product until money is in your paypal account ebay doesnt hold anymore check your paypal account on paypal website do not reply to any email from paypal it will be fake you will probally get a email 'supposely' from paypal saying you cant getpaid until you' ship the item and provide a tracking number -this email is fake its not from paypal but the scamer

Manually sign into Paypal and look. The money from an e-check should be pending. Money from any other method should also be pending. If My eBay shows paid and Paypal shows it didn't, start "relisting" and scroll down to ensure that you used the right email address.
