I advise you to think about how blessed you are to be able to communicate and able to reason normally... compared to those kids who were born with disablities like mental retardation and other unfortunate born defects that others have and will have to depend on their parents for their rest of their lives. Remind yourself everyday how lucky you are...cant get any better motivated than this. Good luck!
