  Contact dELiA's customer care: 888.533.5427 Price Adjustment Policy "...dELiA*s offers a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 15 days from the original purchase date. To obtain a price adjustment, you can email or call dELiA's customer care team within 15 days of your order. Please provide the original order number, the item number, the original price and the sale price. You will receive a merchandise credit for the difference between the original price and the sale price"... Contact them to have the price-adjustment applied.. that way you can still get the dress but at the discounted price! Contact Us-dELiA's- send an email: http://store.delias.com/category/customer+service/contact+us.do?nType=3 IF you don't want merchandise credit (I hate when companies offer that).. then make sure that you've not been charged for the not-yet-shipped dress. Confirm with your credit card company (or PayPal) that you haven't been charged. If you have been, make sure they cancel the order. Phone or email dELiA's and let them know you cancelled the order. (cover all bases) Then, you'll be free to either order the dress for $8.99 or just skip the whole thing! --If you still want to cancel the entire order-- You can contact your credit card company (or if you paid with PayPal, contact them) re: the transaction. Let them know that you canceled the order prior to it being shipped and want to make certain that the charge didn't go through.. and if it already did, tell them you want to cancel the order.
