Do you have to register a product (selling) website, and do charge taxes to customers?

In the United States it depend on what state you live in. Like pretend you were selling your PS2 on eBay. You lived in New Hampshire, they do not have taxes. So you wouldn't have to pay taxes. Where than like if you were selling your PS2 on eBay and you lived in Massachusetts. Then you would have to pay taxes on the ps2.
