  Well... radio stations and live streaming is basically based on advertising revenue. My best advice for you would be to find independent people who would like to participate with you. After all, you will need to find people to cover all 24 hours of the day.... Will you be doing live music, talk-show, or something like that? It's important to decide which types of advertisers might benefit from your show. Then, just use www.ustream.tv. There are actually a lot of radio shows that use it to present themselves live. Take a look at it, check what others are doing. And if you need to do some product-placement, knock yourself out. My recommendation would be for you to listen to Rush Limbaugh or Glenn Beck and other people, and pay attention to the way they incorporate their "content" along with their advertising.
