Most are. Never sign up for one that requires you to pay money first ("start-up fees") etc, no matter what they promise in the end. Also, dont provide any personal information for any reason - SSN, bank info, credit card #, etc.

It is absolutely a scam - beyond a doubt - no matter how many ads you'll see here. If they're making money doing the surveys, why are they also doing the spam?

Yeah, they are crap. They make you pay them to do the surveys. If they make you pay them in order to do something then its crap.
