    Breast cancer is rare in school aged girls. The risk under 16 is statistically zero. The risk between 16 and 20 is 1 in 1.3 million. Breast cancer rarely shows any symptoms until advanced and most breast cancers are found in routine mammograms before any symptoms are showing. 80% of those diagnosed are over 50 and the average age is 62. According to one of your other questions you are late for your period. Sounds like PMS pain.
