What color ribbon is for Kidney Cancer? Green or Orange?

My dad died of kidney cancer recently, so for my first tattoo I want to get a small kidney cancer ribbon, but I'm so confused! I've looked it up but I see the ribbon in orange ...show more

If you do a Google search on the term "cancer awareness ribbon colors" you will find many sites offering nice guides or charts. The problem is, not all of them agree on the colors, there is no central ribbon color advisory committee anywhere, so I suspect most people just go with the most common colors in use. You might want to query a few different sites and do the same or use the link I have provided as it seems pretty "authoritative" and exhaustive.

i seen the Wikipedia version of awareness ribbons i to have suffered with kidney cancer and got a tattoo the orange one is stating kidney cancer association and the green one is stating kidney cancer awareness so i went with green for my tattoo
