How get to know incoming and outgoing mail servers?

Can I assign SMTP servers to aliases in Mail.app?

• I have two email adresses assigned to one mailbox (Gmail). One of the address is on a different domain, and must use another SMTP server. I know how to add alias to Mail.app for iOS and Mail.app for Mac, and I also know how to add smtp servers. However Mail.app treats them as alternative servers (i.e. it will use the second one if the first one is not available). Is is possible to assign one SMTP server to one alias? The closest I can get is to uncheck "always use this server" and I can choose for each message. But it works only on OS X (not iOS) and I still have to manually match the From and SMTP field for each mail I send.
