Evernote (product): What is the best way to write notes alongside the images in Windows? I need to analyse lot of pictures daily and write down my observations on different parameters. Is there any software that can help me?

Why not simply use Evernote? Paste the image in a note and write your thoughts, tag, etc. group into a notebook... What functionality are you missing?
