I'm graduating this year with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication), the two options I have for a job are at a) One of the Big 4's in Consultancy and at b) Oracle. Which one to choose?
-
Profile at One of the Big 4's : Government Consultancy Practice. Skills : People managing, Documentation. Profile at Oracle: Developer/Testing/Consultancy for their Financial Division. Both jobs pay the same approximately. Locations are variable.

Answer:
Well, the profile at Oracle is not fixed. It could be anything developer or tester. I am not sure what exactly "Government Consultancy Practice" mean. However, you can get in touch with people who have worked their before to understand.
