What is known about Boston Marathon bombers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev?

On Americans "I don't have a single American friend, I don't understand them." On alcohol/smoking and values "Tamerlan says he doesn't drink or smoke anymore: "God said no alcohol." A muslim, he says: "There are no values anymore," and worries that "people can't control themselves." "

At present, nothing beyond that they are immigrants and have been in the US for at least one year. Both appear to have been students. There is some confusion whether the brothers were from Chechnya or Dagestan -- or perhaps Kyrgyzstan. That question should be answerable through a data search by Immigration. The FBI is interviewing family members as I type this. The interviews as well as what might be discovered in their quarters may provide some information. If the brother who is currently at large is capture, much more information might become available, if he's willing/able to talk. UPDATE 11:52EDT: An uncle of the presumed bombers, Ruslan Tsarni, has just called the two brothers "losers" who couldn't appreciate what they had in the US. He claims that they were never happy since their arrival in the US and that they were somehow radicalized, but definitely not through their family.
