What is the best php framework to use for BI application?

  • Hi, I'm working on a BI application and would like to know which PHP framework would be best for such an application. I was leaning more towards CodeIgniter.  Would that be a wise choice? Thanks

All those suggesting codeigniter, level up already. Something being six years old doesn't necessarily mean its good. In fact, CI is a dead end these days without ny php heavyweight backing it, and not to mention its 5.2ness. If you want to use php, use php 5.4+ and use either laravel 4 or symfony 2 as your framework.
