How do I find out how many credits I have on Facebook?

Is it against Quora's TOS if I use my Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter friends/followers to mass downvote all the answers by a particular user?

I am not sure where to find the appropriate language that covers this, or if it is an issue in the first place. I know that I cannot sell Quora credits since I have read something that prohibits and governs my usage of Quora credits. Is their something similar for downvotes? Will there be repercussions? There are downvoting cabals on Quora, but I was kicked out of mine for some reason unknown to me which is why I am asking if I can make my own, but on Facebook where I can enlist my relatives and stuff.
