Are health information management and health care management the same?

Over the past 35 years in the US, what is the dollar to dollar ratio of the increase in health care costs to the increase in processed food companies' profits?

• "Processed food" includes processed drinks such as soda. Any related statistics would also be interesting to know.   Even statistics regarding one side but not the other would be useful, as we could then put various experts' information together (eg. one person might know about health care costs but not processed food profits, while someone else might know about profits from processed foods but not health care costs).   (I put Management Consulting in the Topics list because I'll bet some management consultants out there would have some good data for this.)
