I am moving from a very hot country (average temperature around 40 degrees celsius daily) to an extremely cold one (average temperature is around 2 degrees celsius in day time). Need some health tips for the moving. Will my heart be at risk?

Not if you dress appropriately, which is easier done for very cold weather than very hot weather, which isn't good for a heart patient either.
