How can I obtain better time management skills?

I'd like to major in CS then go to graduate school to sharpen my management skills (so I may advance within my company) - knowing that I'm using my time wisely. Which path would open the best opportunities?

• I'm an 18 year old interested in the STEM fields; among the particular subjects I'm interested in is CS. I'm wondering what people typically go to graduate school for after completing their undergraduate degree in CS. Apparently it would not be so wise to go about obtaining an MBA or financing degree, which doesn't bother me. I do have very natural leadership skills which I should sharpen, use to my advantage because I'd like to maximize my potential to excel in whatever path I choose. Ultimately I'd love to start a business which implements all of my skills I obtain through college. What are some suggestions based on real stories, experiences, facts?
