When an Asian is booking tickets with Air France or British Airways, (s)he should be aware that there will be racism against him/her and customer services, basic rights should not be expected. Any such expectations (of fairness, honestly, customer services, basic rights) from these 2 airlines is being stupid. Edit: Air France ground staff at Paris refuse to provide wheel chair to Indians:
