How do most people pay online?

How much would a shop owner with a physical store be willing to pay to make the signs you place in your shop window be "seen" by relevant people online (e-mail, mobile app, etc.)?

  • I'm thinking of a specialised "information channel", where people have opted in to receive information/adverts matching their interests and limited to information for the geographical area where they are right now (hanging out, on vacation, etc.) or usually visit (home, work, friend's/relative's place, etc.).

The average Marketing budget for an established business is 5-7%; for a business looking to grow... you need to plan on 10-12%. A lot of things go into a Marketing budget... the key is to not only build a foundation but then to allocate spend where you will see a greater ROI on spend. The worst mistake I have seen with small business is not planning for Marketing activities... outside of serving your customers of course.
