Colleges and Universities in the United States of America: What are the chances of being accepted for a Masters program at Stanford/Harvard in Computer Science if we possess a non-CS degree at undergraduate level and not a very good GPA?

Apart from that I have prior experience in the Computer Science related fields, internships in software engineering companies as well and open-source contributions.

Low. Also, Stanford MSCS and Harvard's are not even close. Stanford is well-known in engineering, Harvard, not so much.
