Drupal (CMS): Which modules/scripts should I use in order to add an e-market to my site?

  • I have a Drupal-based site where users can upload certain items, just for presentation.  I want to allow the users to mark items for sale, and these items will be placed in an e-market on site. For this I need to develop the e-commerce aspects (actual item in shop, rating system, payment, etc.) Which modules or scripts would you recommend me to use in order to implement this e-commerce functionality?

    Go look at commerce kickstart distro. If you play around with it you can pick and choose the modules that apply to your use case.

As of this writing, marketplace feature for Durpal commerce is still under development. But you can use ubercart marketplace module and other supporting modules to achieve the feature.
