  • I'm interested in how Moneygram structures its business.  In particular, do its agents pay franchise fees etc.  Also, how do the funds flow from customer1 to agent1 to moneygram to agent2 to customer2?

Depending on the country you are in, there may be a fees associated with it. Typically you will have to invest in signage etc. in becoming an agent.
