Computer Monitors and Screens: Which is the best transreflective tablet (and where do I buy it)?

I am looking for a tablet with a display that is viewable in daylight. Wikipedia has a list (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transflective_liquid_crystal_display) but I can't find anywhere to actually buy such a tablet. I would want an Android or a windows tablet where its transreflective capabilites are more important than the price tag.

Take a look at the OEM and modding companies featured on the Pixel Qi website http://pixelqi.com/devices It looks like a lot of equipment aimed at the military and industrial applications. You haven't given much beyond sunlight readable screens, so you may find somthing that fits your needs there.
