What is the best book / resource for understanding Online Marketing Mix well? (Mix not individual channels)

  • Ideally there would a book that does an overview of each of the channels Affiliate / email / SEO / SEM / Social / Coop etc  and explains the bigger picture of how they work together & how each fits into your overall marketing strategy. I understand individual channels, I am looking for a source that talks about the mix / strategy.
