What are the easiest ways to find a Job?

What are different ways to find a core (Electronics) job in Bangalore?

  • I done my undergrad (ECE) from BITS Pilani , I did many a projects in embedded systems and I have a good academic record. Unluckily I couldn't get placed in electronics company. I even have an 8 month intern experience. No fresher job openings are posted in job portals, even if they are posted I never get calls. I tried many ways 1.Paid 3k for http://naukri.com 2.Pinging random people on facebook to ask for referrals 3.Registering on every possible job portal (Literally hundreds). 4.Writing tests like elitmus PH test. I just want to know how people search for jobs and get calls. How can one get to work as a contractor ? Any help is appreciated.

I truly am surprised.. BITS, Pilani and you are finding it tough... Then, it must be real tough times in the industry... I used to work in SAFRAN Engineering Services. Have you tried there? My suggestions would be these. Spend time doing some courses in Coursera, Edx etc in the meanwhile. Try and get a better grasp of C language. I understand that its going to be of great value Also, you may check out http://www.emertxe.com since you are in blr and can check out http://www.surabee.in if you are coming to chennai. Disclosure: Emertxe and Surabee are run by ppl known to me.
