What is it like to maintain a movie download website which has links to pirated movie part files spread across various file sharing services in the Internet?

The files uploaded often get removed from the file sharing sites due to DMCA regulations, and often the search results are removed too.   Ok! Let me first explain how those sites work. It has many divisions and many users to maintain the site, the admins, moderators and the authors are the people with spl privileges apart from normal users on the site. The Authors are the ppl who upload the files on some File hosting Service and create a article regarding a Movie, Software, Game etc and post it on the site, reviewed by the Moderators. Note: Authors earn money by posting on reputed Sites by getting their files downloaded. So The Admin who maintains the site is not really interested in knowing what has happened to a particular article on the site, and coming to the DMCA policy, which clearly states that all articles published on the site is done by a particular individual (authors) and the site is not hosting it.. and as the files are uploaded on a remote file hosting service, they r responsible for the files and so they constantly delete those files. Now Author is generally the one who constantly check the link's active presence and uploads them again for his personal gain and the site requires good authors for providing the site with good content and constantly reuping the links.
