Are there any university- or college-level computer science programs that cater to professionals in other fields in the Toronto area?

Not sure if you're specifically looking for programs at colleges & universities, but over the last two years, smaller, more agile schools have surfaced for teaching web / mobile app development.  Either in the format of bootcamps (similar to DevBootcamp in SF) or part-time courses (similar to General Assembly in NY), these are great options if you are looking for a program with content that is up-to-the-minute and focused on practical, project-based learning. HackerYou (http://www.hackeryou.com) is a great option in Toronto that caters specifically to professionals working in other fields.   I took their Web Development course in Fall/Winter 2012 while being employed full-time. It was exceptional and the only way I could have learnt what I learnt while working a day job. I completed >100 exercises and three projects throughout the course and came out with a working skill set. Courses are part-time and held in a newly renovated subway-accessible location.  The student-teacher ratio is low, the culture is fun and the learning is hands-on.
