Who is a Junior Account Manager?

Does Helpjuice provide an account manager who can respond to customer questions?

I'm hoping to get a service where they could provide a customer support person, who can be educated about the product and who can respond to all customer problems themselves, and elevate only serious problems (like bugs) to the company.
