Aside from Verizon, what other telecom providers have been ordered to hand over call records to the NSA and FBI?

Answer:
It's not even clear to me how the public found out about this one. The court order specifically forbids revealing that the FBI and NSA had this request fulfilled. We don't know which other telecoms have had to divulge this. Presumably all of them to some degree. But it is inaccurate to say that "all phone records" have been handed over. The order for Verizon is limited to a three month period. It specifically forbids identifying the name or address associated with each phone number. The only detail is which phone numbers had a call with each other, when and how long. The actual court order is found here: http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/interactive/2013/jun/06/verizon-telephone-data-court-order
