Online Payment Gateways and Processing: How do I implement Checking Account to Checking Account, if I already have Credit Card to Checking Account transactions via Stripe Connect?

I would also like to allow end users to make payments to Sellers by their checking account in addition to their credit cards. So let's say a Seller enrolls for Stripe on my site via Stripe Connect, he has to enter his checking account info to withdraw funds from his Stripe account. End users pay him by credit card. Is there is a streamlined way to enable Checking Acct to Checking Acct transactions? I know that Stripe does not work with these transactions, so I would need another technology partner. Any suggestions?

https://www.dwolla.com/ is your answer i believe, they tout checking to checking as a way to eliminate the middle men of the normal card processors. Though, i'm not sure how many regions they're in, they're building pretty slowly.
