How can I change my profile?

How can I reach a human being for service/support at Google +? NOT the ineffective Google + Help forum since that support option requires a working Google + profile to use. I appealed & gave required info & copy of passport. A week later and no change. *UPDATE* Appeal denied! WTF?

• UPDATE: And I just received an email stating my appeal was denied. So I re-sent the exact same information.  How they cannot tell that 1) I am not impersonating myself, 2) My name is my real name, based on this information, is beyond me.  WTF is wrong with !? Can they not read?  Granted, passports are a little confusing if you are illiterate and do not know what a surname is, I could see how that could cause one problems.  I assumed were intelligent and educated people.  Perhaps I misjudged them because this is moronic!  So I go through this again… no way to reach anyone.  Losing another week… ridiculous! What a bunch of jerkoffs! LIVID! What more can I provide? This is EXACTLY what I provided the first time including the copy of my passport which is clear and readable. ORIGINAL POST: I was one of ’s biggest cheerleaders until Tuesday, November 12, 2013, when they decided to suspend my profile because of impersonation. I have done everything I could do and the Help folks on the G+ Community @  I was only able to get on the community page because I had account for my verified local business. I am obviously not impersonating myself (anyone who thinks that is a good idea, I encourage you to aim higher).  I say "obviously" because the information to verify who I am was readily available on my or someone could let them know about this cool thing they obviously haven't heard of called ! Had they used the latter, on the first page of results, they would find ample information to verify my profile was real. This also impacts my and accounts too since aggressively pushed for integration.  While frustrated, I assumed this would be easy to reverse.  My frustration grew when I read the required information for appealing included links to my other social media profiles and web pages to confirm that my name is real (if it weren't then who exactly was I impersonating?) and that I was indeed "Sean Huze."  Over 20 such links were connected and verified already on my ! Basically, the cop who decided I wasn't me, did not bother to check out the "About" tab prior to suspending my account. Professionally this makes me look ridiculous to potential (and current) clients. I encouraged all my clients to use and other , only to have make a major mistake and offer no solutions to correct it quickly. I understand and support their efforts to erase the anonymity in the hopes that it will create a more civil community (especially the infamous known for some of the most vile, racist, abhorrent statements on the internet... they make look like the ). However what happened to me was easily avoidable yet not easily correctable (or at least not quickly). I know is huge and can't offer support to everyone with a question, but I would gladly pay to have this corrected (though if offers a pay support feature they should refund anyone if it turns out to be 's fault).  There has to be something I can do to reach someone who can help. **tried to use Twitter but no response in 12 hours**
