Getting a 4 inch screen and a 1 GHz processor is difficult in this price range. You could try the following: HTC Desire C - Rs 12,000 Sony Xperia Miro - Rs 12,500 Sony Xperia U - Rs 13,900 Sony Xperia Tipo - Rs 10,000 I would really recommend the Xperia U, I have been using it for over 7 months now and it is indeed a brilliant phone. The only downside will have to be the lack of external memory card support. If you HAVE to stay under the 12k limit, I think you will have to go for a Micromaxx device. If screen size doesn't matter much I recommend the Xperia Tipo.

Dude, go for Vivo Y51L, have been using it along with OnePlus One X, and it has been at par with it surprisingly. It will hardly cost you about 10k and fulfil all your demands that you have mentioned.
