How to create a bar chart?

• At work I create a bar chart every day and print out the chart to a 11x17 sheet on an HP color laser. Problem: Every time I re-open the chart it defaults to a standard letter size (my desktop printer default) and I always have to re-size it by re-selecting the color printer within the print window. Is there a way to save the printing default within the file so when it opens it defaults to the color printer and retains the original 11x17 size?

  If you only want to designate that particular file with properties mentioned above, I would suggest creating a simple macro. It will only take a minute and will be available every time you open your file and/or template based on your designation.
