Showing only non-blanks in a combobox
-
I have a combobox showing a column of entries, is there a way to have it only show non-blanks? I have some incomplete data interspersed through out the data base but would like to show only non-blanks. Denny

Answer:
Denny, If you are populating the combobox list by using the rowsource property - referenencing the range, then the answer is no. You can use additem to populate the combobox instead of binding the control to the worksheet with rowsource. Or you could build a copy of the list in a separate location and not include the blank cells. This can be done with a macro or using formulas. Formulas would require two columns for every 1 column the way I do it. If you need further explanation on either of these, you have my email address.
