What are the future career choices for a person with a bachelor's degree in engineering if he/she is interested in pure mathematics?
-
I did not mention the engineering branch(stream). Will a Masters degree in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics be useful after pursuing engineering at undergraduate level? Or is it always possible to find Math intensive areas in engineering? Is it possible for an engineer to work in those areas (you cannot expect a chemical engineer to work on the proof of existence of solutions of Navier-Stokes equations)?
