Competitive exams for civil engineering?

Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering: Open Source OR Microsoft or Oracle exams..Info please?

I am a student of COmputer Engineering from a local college of gujarat. i want some information on different types of the exams which are being set by companies like Microsoft or Oracle etc... i want to give some of them to improve my resume.!!My interest : programming ( c c++ php ), database managment . so can anyone suggest me exams suitable to my interest.?i have heard about DOEACC exam held by govt. of india..( i tried google but couldn't help me ) so any info regarding that?? Another question is that , i have heard about Gsoc. and i am trying to get a chance there .but i couldn't get correct info. i really want to be a part of Gsoc. in coming next two years. so from where i should start??any starting step , i will thankful to you ..!!

As a computer Enginnering student, and knowing ur interests in PHP you should look to build your open source technology skills. and for more info about DOEACC refer to http://www.nielit.in. DOEACC is now NIELIT(National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology).
