How to find row position of a particular text

I have recorded a macro by finding for the"total" and added a row just below it to calculate the availabity.But when ever I run this macro it always insert the row in the same position I mean after row 22.Please help to find the position of the row that contains the"total" and using this position I have to add one to get the position of the row below it.In this row I have to do some calculation.Please let me know if you need any other details ASAP.

vivek If thetotal is always in row 21 then the new row will always be in row 22. You need to restart the search at the point of insertion each time to pick up multiple instances of thetotal. Send the code so I can take a look at it.
