I think i am the best to answer this questions as i have undergoes this situation now.and experienced nearly about 2o Interview including MNC and medimum scale companies.Aptitude Round:- As a fresher if you cleared aptitude round then 60% you are selected. For fresher aptitude round is must for both small scale or large MNC companies. The level of the questions depend up on the companies. Their patterns also different.
