Which engineering college is the best for foreign students?

If you are a ad hoc teacher in engineering college, how would you handle students?

  • Suppose you are ad hoc teacher in engineering college where students don't really care what you are teaching... and also you have relatively less knowledge of subject and you join as adhoc teacher.. in this case, students normally play prank on the teacher like playing music by last benchers, making some strange voices, flying paper aeroplanes etc. Of course, you can gain some knowledge in long term and students generally respect teachers with knowledge...but till the time you gain knowledge, how would you handle the students by using some intelligent tricks? PS: In our college, an ad hoc teacher came to teach us physics, within 15 min. students recognized that she has very less knowledge of subject, so students started to shout so much that she was not audible and after some time she started to cry in front of whole class..How could she have better handled our class in such a scenario?

This is a simple one : many adhoc teachers in order  to make their impression they always used to make a mutual agreement with the students like "Your sessional and internals are in my hand so it will be better if you don't want to suffer then behave properly in my class". May be the beginning may be tough but it will be easy for them to go ahead in this route .
