How can I create a private online forum with vote-up/down feature?

  • I want to create a private online forum for our research group (only ~10 people) where we can discuss ideas about research projects, team management, fun activities, etc. I want to have a vote up/down feature just like Quora or Stackoverflow so that people can give feedback to posts easily. How do I do that, please?
