An Audio Visualization Website?

What software or computer language is used or can be used, to implement 3d visualization onto a website? For example, lets take a look at Nike's website on customizing a specific shoe to the consumers liking. Full 3d implementation, rotation and real time customization?

• To be more specific, lets say I manufactured some shoes, in the real world. I want to upload them digitally onto the website where it can be seen in 3d visuals. Very similar to the Nike website I stated in the question. I can rotate one direction at best and, if possible but not necessary, rotate it in multiple angles, and to add, I'll implement a customizable feature where you can design, style and personalize your own shoe. Or better yet, how can I achieve this?
