If I understand correctly, what you want to do is check the on page Seo parameters for page that's ranking well. The assumption is, the on page parameters are making it rank well. Actually it's far more complicated than that. Google has focused so much on other factors. For instance location. The search engine result page has a lot to do with your location and user experience of those pages. I give you an example. If I type in "xbox one" the number one organic result is Wikipedia. They are not optimized for Seo. Number two and three are brand-new posts. Their ranking because the website provides a good user experience, the domain is trusted zone. And people have a good user experience on those pages. The on page Seo for those two are not really good. So we can't point to on page parameters as a successful method ranking.
