What are some other good posting sites besides craigslist.com?

Are there any ways to market a website besides SEO, paid advertising (Adwords, etc.) and posting your link on other sites?

• When posting your link on other sites, I realize that you can do it gracefully (ie contributing to a community then gradually introducing your website to solve one of their problems). For the purposes of this question, I am asking for ways besides that.
