There's a few websites that host animated gifs. http://tumblr.com can host them up to 2MB. http://imgur.comhttp://imgur.com/ also hosts them. http://giphy.com also hosts them if you make them on their website. http://twitter.comallows you to host gifs in your feed. Hope that helps.
