How to create a jar in Android studio?

What is the current stability of the Android Studio as of 2014 compared to Eclipse in Android development?

Seems like currently android studio is in the 0.3.2v (at least for mac) which is far from 1.0v but I've used other jetbrains product they are really good. http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/studio.html If possible please compare on these points. Build times (gradle vs ant) General IDE stability and speed. Creating user interface (xml, previews) Extra features and tools (for productivity). Android emulator (not expecting much about this but...)

I think the answer is mghtly depending on personal experience.. But good to have a sharing point. Gradle: I still have issues here and there, not in speed but in compatibility. Every time Grade goes up a bit like me version, there is a struggle in deciding if to uodate or not because the Android studio Gradle plugging needs to be updated as well... Speed: good for me. Some strange hanging moments with no feedback on what is happening still. UI building : not enough direct experience to comment on. Android emulator... Yeah, not much better. My advice nowadays is to see if http://www.genymotion.com does it for you. They are competitors of mine, so no "disclosure" here B-)
