Thomas McAllister was the real Red John. Patrick Jane killed the right suspect and achieved peace. This may be the final season of Mentalist and as a hard-core fan of the show, I would really be happy if Heller brought a new twist to the story saying that McAllister was not the real red john. Hell I would even believe if he was re-incarcerated or something!!! Anything for a new season of Mentalist because Patrick Jane is the best in what he does...
